To download a podcast:

PC Internet Explorer:

right click on the (podcast) link, select "Save Target As…"

PC Firefox:

right click on the link, select "Save Link As…"

Mac Safari:

Control-click on the link, select "Download Linked File As…"

Mac Firefox:

Control-click on the link, select "Save Link As…"
